A charging station for electric vehicles is installed in the parking lot in front of the villa. We can make it available to you if necessary.
The rate is 0.30€/kwh billed at the end of the week based on actual consumption.

Please note: no garbage collection at the entrance to the property. You will find the various containers in the college car park and in the Carrefour Market car park in Porticcio. The small trash can at the top (see photo) is for biodegradable waste. We will collect it for compost on Wednesdays and Saturdays when the pool is being maintained.

Forbiden Products
Avoid all bleach-based products. As the drains are connected to a septic tank, we ask that you exercise great care regarding the products used: no bleach or concentrated chemicals.
No excess please!
Over the past ten years, electricity consumption in Corsica has increased by an average of 3.6% per year. During the summer, with overcrowding, high temperatures, and exceptional water shortages, we all need to be mindful of our consumption to avoid power outages.
Evacuations
There are three exits in the main part of the villa:
- the front door,
- the living room's large glass door, and
- the kitchen's glass door.
