Capacity and conditions
Casa Poerava is a villa classified as a 4-star Meublé de Tourisme (official order dated 19 June 2026), accommodating up to 12 people, adults and children included.
The villa is available from June to the end of September. In July and August, it is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday. In June and September, stays of a minimum of 3 nights are possible.
The price is fixed, regardless of the number of occupants. End-of-stay cleaning fee: €180. A security deposit of €2,500 is required on arrival.
Bed linen and towels provided. Crockery included.
For every booking, a seasonal rental contract is signed electronically. Payment is made in 3 interest-free installments: a first payment of 30% (deposit), the other two to be agreed together. An inventory is carried out on arrival and departure.
