♻️ Recycling
Please dispose of your waste in the designated bins:

- Recyclable packaging (cardboard, plastic, metal)
- Glass
- Household waste in the bin under the kitchen sink

👉 Recycling bins are located outside the kitchen door for the Villa, and outside the gate on the parking side for the T2.

 

🌱 Compost & Organic Waste
A compost bin is available for biodegradable waste (peelings, coffee grounds, eggshells, etc.).

👉 Remember not to throw meat or dairy products in it.

💡 Compost enriches the soil in our vegetable garden: your actions directly contribute to our harvests!

 

🔌 Energy saving
- Turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the house.

- Avoid leaving appliances on standby.

- Don't leave doors and windows open with the air conditioning on.

💡 In Corsica, electricity demand increases sharply in the summer: every little bit helps reduce the risk of power outages.

 

🚗 Electric vehicle charging
A charging station is available at a low rate (€0.35/kWh). Please do not leave it plugged in unnecessarily after charging.

💡 This allows everyone to use the charging station and optimize electricity consumption.

 

💧 Water Consumption
Over the past ten years, water and electricity consumption in Corsica has increased significantly, sometimes leading to restrictions. Please:

- Limit excessively long showers.

- Don't leave the water running unnecessarily.

- Be careful not to splash too much water out of the pool when jumping.

💡 During the summer months, every little bit of water saved helps prevent outages and conserve local resources.

 

🌊 Swimming Pool & Spa
To keep the water clean and reduce waste:

- Rinse yourself quickly under the outdoor solar shower before swimming.

- Limit the use of sunscreen just before entering the water.

- Follow the cleaning instructions provided on site.

💡 These actions prevent overloading the filters and reduce the consumption of cleaning products.

 

🌍 Respect for the Natural Environment
- Use the provided pocket ashtrays.
- Do not litter in the scrubland or on the beach.

- Avoid using harsh chemicals in drains (septic tanks).
