Description
Rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday from mid-June to mid-September, Casa Poerava can accommodate up to 10 people, adults and children included.
From September to May, the villa is rented for short periods, minimum three nights. It is also possible, in low season, to rent only one or two rooms in bed and breakfast, with different options (for more information contact us). The unheated swimming pool is open from May to the end of September.
The price is fixed, regardless of the number of people occupying the house. Is asked to make the house clean. Possibility to choose the cleaning option at 100 € but plancha, oven and pool and spa water lines must still be cleaned by you.
For any reservation, a seasonal rental contract is made, with electronic signature. The payment of each reservation is made in 3 installments free of charge. The first payment of 30% represents the deposit, the conditions of the other two payments are to be determined together. An inventory of entry and exit will be established on arrival and departure.
