1. General rules

Respect for the premises and the environment is a priority at Casa Poerava. Tenants agree to respect the peace, cleanliness, and safety of the premises, as well as the neighborhood. Parties or events are prohibited without prior agreement.

2. Timetables

Arrival: from 5 p.m.
Departure: before 10 a.m.

3. Security deposit

Villa: €2,500
T2: €1,000

4. Maintenance and cleanliness

The accommodation must be returned in a proper state of cleanliness. An inventory and photo report are carried out upon each arrival and departure.

Specific regulations for the Villa

- Maximum capacity: 12 people.
- Parking available (the garage remains private).
- Pets not allowed.
- Mandatory waste sorting (garbage cans and composter).
- Prohibited products: Bleach and concentrated chemical products (septic tank).
- Water and electricity consumption: reasonable and ecological use.
- Electric charging station available (€0.40/kWh, billed at the end of your stay).

Regulations specific to T2

- Capacity: 2 to 4 people.
- Parking: possibility of parking 2 cars one in front of the other.
- Pets accepted (maximum 1) under conditions: supplement €8/day, cleaning deposit €100, full cleaning required before departure (cleaning sheet provided), no leaving the pet alone in the accommodation.
- Private garden with deckchairs and barbecue available.
- Mandatory waste sorting (garbage cans and composter).
- Prohibited products: Bleach and concentrated chemical products (septic tank).
- Water and electricity consumption: reasonable and ecological use.
- Electric charging station available (€0.40/kWh, billed at the end of your stay).
