Nestled in the greenery just minutes from the beaches of Porticcio, Casa Poerava is a charming family property, designed for those seeking peace, nature, and a certain Corsican art of living.

Its name, Poerava—"black pearl" in Tahitian—symbolizes the rarity and simple beauty of the moments experienced there: those where time slows down, surrounded by the scents of the maquis and bursts of Mediterranean light.
The property extends over more than 1 hectare, surrounded by pines, oaks, mimosas, laurels, rosemary, everlasting flowers, and citrus trees.

As the seasons change, the garden transforms: fragrant flowers in spring, summer fruits, golden foliage in autumn, ever-present succulents—evidence of a vibrant and lovingly maintained space.

 

Two independent buildings make up Casa Poerava:
• The Villa, spacious and bright, with a private pool surrounded by a lush green setting where oleanders, rose bushes, olive trees, and aromatic plants flourish.
From the master bedroom or the north terrace, a small sea view unfolds in the distance, recalling the proximity of the shore.
• The T2, a cozy cocoon of its own, bordered by bamboo, oleanders, and a large strawberry tree. Ideal for a couple or a small family, it offers a private garden, not overlooked, perfect for outdoor dining or longer stays.

 

Each accommodation has its own private access and parking, guaranteeing tranquility and independence. The villa is available from mid-May to the end of September, while the T2 can be rented all year round, for short or extended stays according to your wishes.
