This ground-floor apartment is rented for a short-term rental, with a minimum of two nights. It can be rented year-round by the week or month. This one-bedroom apartment can accommodate four people, including adults and children.
The rate is a fixed rate, regardless of the number of people occupying the house. You are required to leave the apartment clean.
You can choose the cleaning option for €50, but the fire pit, oven, and shower must still be cleaned by you.
For all reservations, a seasonal rental contract is drawn up, with an electronic signature. Payment for each reservation is made in three installments, free of charge. The first payment of 30% represents the deposit; the terms of the other two payments are to be determined jointly. An inventory of fixtures and fittings will be carried out upon arrival and departure.
